Expectations towards employers have changed from current and existing employees. Not only employers, but also employees now know that most of the work can be performed remotely. Furthermore, candidates coming to an interview will seek that remote working is not an exception but a normal thing.

The COVID-19 crisis has created a need for companies to go through fast-forward digital transformation not only in it’s collaboration tools and technology, but also in ‘ways of working’. Furthermore COVID has shown that many companies are much more flexible than they actually think, at the same time many companies do not know what it means for them.
