Thirty-eight illegal crossing attempts recorded last day

The State Border Guard Service (VSAT) says it denied entry to 38 foreign nationals who attempted to cross into Lithuania from Belarus at unauthorised locations on Thursday, 23 March.

Latvia reports having stopped 28 foreign nationals trying to enter the country unlawfully yesterday, while Poland turned around 98 migrants at its border with Belarus on Wednesday.
