Urban, Vilnius district mayoral candidate, says focus is not only on Polish voters

Vilnius district mayoral candidate Waldemar Urban, of the Electoral Action of Poles in Lithuania-Christian Families Alliance (LLRA-KŠS), says he is supported not only by the voters of Polish ethnicity, expecting to “unite everyone” in the growing district.

“We are certainly not oriented and focused only on the Polish voter. We really hope to unite everyone and we really understand that the district is growing, with young families and people coming from all over Lithuania. We know that people of Lithuanian nationality vote for us, as well as Ukrainians who live here and Russians. There have been people of five nationalities on the election list too,” Urban told reporters Sunday.
