Duchnevič hopeful to catch up with Urban in Vilnius district mayoral race

Robert Duchnevič, Vilnius district mayoral candidate of the Lithuanian Social Democratic Party (LSDP), says he hopes at least to catch up with Waldemar Urban of the Electoral Action of Poles in Lithuania-Christian Families Alliance (LLRA-KŠS) as he says he is being “realistic” in his ambitions.

The politician noted he was pleased with significant support for him, but did not consider the backing of other parties to have a significant impact on the result of the second round of the elections.
