PM does not think formin’s statements may damage relations with Germany

Prime Minister Ingrida Šimonytė does not think that Foreign Minister Gabrielius Landsbergis’ statements may hinder the agreement with Germany on the deployment of its brigade in Lithuania.

The foreign minister earlier called to adhere to the communique signed between President Gitanas Nausėda and German Chancellor Olaf Scholz, whereby Germany reaffirmed its commitment to deploy a brigade in Lithuania.
