White Gloves: over thirty election irregularities reported Sunday

White Gloves, NGO which monitors elections in Lithuania, says it has received 32 reports of alleged irregularities, both from observers and from other citizens, in the first three hours of voting in the municipal and mayoral elections on Sunday.

“The statistics of reports received online [on the official website of White Gloves – ELTA] are still dominated by reports of election campaigning violations which accounted for 80% of all the reports before 10 p.m.,” the organisation said in a press release.
