Voter turnout at nearly 15% by noon

The Central Election Commission’s (VRK) updated data show that 14.97% of all registered voters had cast their ballots in the municipal and mayoral elections on Sunday by noon.

The most active voters were met in the municipalities of Pagėgiai (23.03%), Birštonas (20.22%) and Akmenė district (20.92%).
So far the lowest voter turnout has been observed in Neringa (10.05%), Klaipėda district (11.70%) and Vilkaviškis district (12.40%).
