MP: top leadership should have access to more detailed intelligence information

Conservative MP Paulius Saudargas supports the proposal that Lithuania’s top leadership would have access not only to summarised criminal intelligence reports but also to specific criminal intelligence information.

Deputy parliament speaker said in an interview to the radio station Žinių radijas on Wednesday that when questions arise over the suitability of officials to hold their duties, for instance, to head parliamentary committees or commissions, then the top leadership should have access to detailed intelligence information and not just reports.
