96% of Lithuanians worried about rising cost of living

The Eurobarometer survey for December 2022 has revealed that 93% of EU citizens and 96% of Lithuanians are worried about the rising cost of living, including food and energy prices. The figures were the highest in Greece (100%), Cyprus (99%), Italy and Portugal (98% each).

82% of EU citizens and 85% of Lithuanians stated they are worried about poverty and social exclusion, while 81% of EU citizens and 74% of Lithuanians are worried about climate change.
