Covid-19 related restrictions to be referred to Constitutional Court

A group of researchers have presented a study into the impact of the national Covid-19 vaccination certificate and said intending to provide the findings to the Constitutional Court shortly.

At present, the Constitutional Court is hearing 6 cases related to Covid-19-related restrictions. Two of them directly concern the legality of the vaccination certificate and ensuing restrictions of human rights, three are related to restrictions on freedom of movement and one deals with business restrictions, the MP specified.
