Minister urges coordinating Russian asset seizure initiatives on EU level

Minister of the Interior of Lithuania Agnė Bilotaitė suggests that Russian asset seizure initiatives should be coordinated at the European level after reports that Estonia was developing a legal basis for the transfer of Russia’s frozen assets to Ukraine.

“We are striving for joint solutions, so they would be European, coordinated. That is when they are the most effective,” Bilotaitė told reporters Friday.
