Šimonytė on running for president: I do not say no

Prime Minister Ingrida Šimonytė reveals she may run for president in 2024 as a nominee of the Homeland Union – Lithuanian Christian Democrats (TS-LKD). The head of government also says that all the plans related to her political ambitions are in a distant future.

“At this stage, when a decision is yet not needed, I would say that I do not say no,” the prime minister told Delfi TV on Thursday.
