ERR: Estonia developing legal basis to transfer frozen Russian assets

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Justice are developing a legal basis to transfer frozen Russian assets in Estonia.

A draft proposal will be presented to the Government next month, Estonia’s public broadcaster ERR reports.
