Central bank to do in-depth analysis of food prices

The Bank of Lithuania will observe changes in prices more closely this month in order to publish a relevant analysis in February, a representative of the central bank said on Wednesday.

The head of the Economics Department with the Bank of Lithuania, Aurelijus Dabušinskas, says that the central bank is constantly monitoring prices, including food prices, and regularly presents their analysis to the public.
