Migrants attempted to access Lithuania illegally from Belarus more than 11,000 times last year

Lithuanian border guards prevented 12 and 11 migrants from entering the country illegally from Belarus on 30 and 31 December 2022 respectively, the State Border Guard Service (VSAT) announced.

Latvian border security stopped 55 migrants from entering Latvia from Belarus on 30 December and 57 on 31 December.
