Opera singer Vyšniauskas apologises for performing in Belarus

Opera singer Vaidas Vyšniauskas has posted an apology on his Facebook for his performance in Minsk, Belarus, on Sunday.

“First of all, I would like to apologise to everybody and ask for forgiveness for the situation. Second, I promise: I will certainly write out all my thoughts, motives and reasons, but a bit later. Now I want that everyone has their say all the way. After all, the verdicts have been announced and I am condemned without even being heard...,” Vyšniauskas said in his post.
