“The OSCE was founded to ensure security on the European continent. Unfortunately, Russia is still terrorising not only Ukraine and neighbouring countries, but also the international organisations that it is a member of. Only a zero tolerance of aggression, human rights violations and genocide committed by Russia will strengthen the credibility of the OSCE and help harness the tools at the disposal of the organisation to stop Russia’s barbaric actions on the battlefield and against the people of Ukraine,” the head of the Lithuanian diplomacy stressed in his speech at the plenary session of the OSCE Ministerial Council.
