On Wednesday, 30 November, the Government approved the Interior Ministry’s proposal to extend the state of emergency at Lithuania’s border with Belarus and Russia’s Kaliningrad Oblast until 16 March 2023.

Earlier, parliament approved the Government’s decision that the state of emergency at the border with Belarus and Russia would be in effect until 16 December 2022.
