Linas Agro Group sells Belarus-based Belfidagro

AB Linas Agro Group has sold IOOO Belfidagro registered in Belarus after acquiring it as part of the KG Group deal over a year ago. The buyer and the value of the transaction have not been disclosed as agreed by the parties, the company said in a press release.

The preliminary agreement on the sale of Belfidagro was signed on 25 August 2022. The agreement was subject to the approval of the Belarusian competition authority MART (Ministry of Antitrust Regulation and Trade) which was granted in early November.
