Ceremony honouring Righteous Among the Nations held at Govt

On Monday, 7 November, the ceremony honouring the Righteous Among the Nations was held at the Office of Government.

Speaking at the event, former chairman of the Supreme Council-Reconstituent Seimas Vytautas Landsbergis compared Russia’s war against Ukraine with the Holocaust. He said the words “never again” sometimes seem to lose meaning when atrocities happen every day and when Russia vowed to kill every Ukrainian.
