The aim of the online course was to improve the managerial competences of Ukrainian cadets and junior officers, the Lithuanian Defense Ministry said on Sunday.

The Troop Leading Procedures in Movement Course, which is part of NATO's defense education development program, provides basic theoretical and practical knowledge of troop leading procedures.

The Military Academy of Lithuania ran the course for the fourth time, helping more than 120 Ukrainian junior commanding officers to acquire practical knowledge that will enable them to manage small units more effectively on the battlefield.
