Armed Forces transfer NATO standard weapons to border guards

On Tuesday, 4 October, the State Border Guard Service (VSAT) will receive 500 Heckler & Koch G36 rifles from the Lithuanian Armed Forces.

Earlier it was announced that in 2022 the VSAT would receive from the Armed Forces a total of 1,687 HK G36 rifles valued at EUR 3.5 million. The remaining 1,187 rifles should be transferred this December.
