Lithuania’s Minister of the Interior Agnė Bilotaitė says the decision to restrict the entry of Russian citizens to Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Poland was timely.
“The decision proved successful as it was made right in time before Russia declared mobilisation. This worked, the flow [of Russian citizens] has decreased. This means that tourists are aware of this [ban] and choose not to travel. I believe this is a clear message,” Bilotaitė told reporters in parliament on Thursday.
