After first reading, Seimas approves bill on direct management of Football Federation

After the first reading on Tuesday, parliament approved the draft law on direct management of the Lithuanian Football Federation (LFF), which is aimed at guaranteeing the organisation’s transparency.

The bill passed with 88 votes in favour, 13 votes against and 21 abstentions. The second reading of the bill will take place on 11 October.
