Just 511 illegal migrants remain in Lithuania

According to the State Border Guard Service (VSAT), the number of irregular migrants in Lithuania is constantly decreasing and each day at least 10 of them do not return to accommodation centres.

By the beginning of the year, there were 3,400 migrants in Lithuania, mostly from Iraq, who had crossed the border from Belarus illegally. Yet as of 20 September, only 511 of them remained in the country.
