Oil products will be transported from Lithuania to Ukraine from two to three times a week. International freight will be carried out bypassing Belarus and by the end of summer up to 30,000 tons of oil products per month will be delivered to Ukraine.

Logistics chains important for the region have been disrupted by Russia’s war against Ukraine. Ukraine needs to export its goods to foreign markets and to ensure the required supply of oil products.
LTG Cargo transports oil products between terminals in Mockava, southwestern Lithuania, and Trakiszki, northwestern Poland. From there, they are transported to Ukraine by Polish carriers and Ukrainian Railways.

In recent weeks, 12 trains already delivered more than 12,000 tons of oil products to Ukraine. It is also planned that in the future oil product freight to Ukraine will commence from Klaipėda Seaport.
