Since many people will visit relatives' graves over the forthcoming, increased police forces will work near key cemeteries and regulate traffic, help drivers to park cars and patrol nearby cemeteries.

Temporary signs might be put up on entries to cemeteries and drivers will have to follow them. Officers are also urging people to use public transport, when possible.

Over the upcoming long weekend, more police officers will also work on the roads and police raids will be organized. Police response teams will also actively check on people who are required to self-isolate, the department said.

Moreover, targeted raids will be organized at trading venues to check whether visitors provide national COVID-19 certificates to enter them.
