"Our specialists say this was most probably caused by [...] disconnection of the power line supporting our systems," Juste Radzeviciute-Laugaliene, a spokeswoman for the Seimas, told BNS. "Neither our internal systems nor the website are operating."

"We hope that everything will be fixed today," she added.

The spokeswoman expects specialists to provide more detailed information shortly about why the Seimas website and other systems went offline.
