Among other things, the sanctions will ban the transit of some Belarusian fertilizers through the Lithuanian port of Klaipeda.
It remains to be seen what impact the sanctions will have on Lithuanian companies involved in transit shipments, because it is not yet clear what specific fertilizer products will be affected.
The sanctions are expected to be finally approved on Thursday.
