The Foreign Ministry says the whole of Lithuania, except for Utena County, is considered a "risky region" in Germany as of Friday morning, meaning that arrivals to Germany will either be required to self-isolate or provide a negative COVID-19 test carried out not later than over the past two days, or to undergo a test upon arrival and get e negative result.

Germany's Friday list of risky regions comes into force on November 8.

The Health Ministry also pays attention to the fact that a partial lockdown regime is in place in Germany as of November 2 until the end of the month.
