Foreigners can travel to Lithuania from these countries only in exceptional cases. They must register with the National Public Health Center (NPHC) within 48 hours after their arrival and are required to self-isolate for 14 days.

The coronavirus "blacklist" includes many non-EU or EEA countries, such as Belarus, Russia, Mexico, Brazil, the United States, Singapore. Sweden, the United Kingdom and Portugal are also on the list.

A country is considered as affected if its COVID-19 infection count exceeds 25 new cases per 100,000 people over the past 14 days.

The Health Ministry will update the list on a week.

The ministry publishes a separate list that applies to foreigners from the European Economic Area, Switzerland and the United Kingdom. Based on the list, foreigners are not allowed to travel to Lithuania from Sweden, the United Kingdom and Portugal.

Lithuania allows arrivals from countries with 15 to 25 cases per 100,000 people, but they must spend two weeks in self-isolation.

Foreigners do not need to self-isolate if they come from countries with lower infection rates.

Lithuanian citizens can travel to Lithuania from anywhere in the world, but they are required to self-isolate for 14 days if they come from a country with over 15 cases per 100,000 people.
