Lithuanian logistics company moved its governance to Tallinn

DB Schenker, a Lithuanian logistics company, part of German railway company Deutsche Bahn's group, has executed the management changes and moved its governance to Tallinn, the Verslo Zinios business daily writes.

As of Nov 1, Janek Saareoks, CEO of Estonia's Schenker is responsible for DB Schenker's activity in the Baltic states.

The group says one manager for three countries will ensure better process coordination and synergy.

DB Mobility Logistics, which is part of the Deutsche Bahn group, owns 100 percent of the Lithuanian company.
