The parliament has opened debates into amendments to the Civil Code proposed by a group of the ruling Lithuanian Farmers and Greens Union and the opposition conservatives, which suggest that persons in cohabitation or have joint property could conclude contracts of joint operations. Under the draft, contracts could be concluded by all adult indi
